1. How do I open an account?
You can set up an account online by clicking on "Create an account" in the Employers section. Once you set up your account, you can begin to post your jobs in real-time, free of charge. 2. How do I start posting jobs?
Once you set up your account, you can begin to post your jobs in real-time. Your e-mail and password will be used to log in every time you want to post a new job, edit an existing position or close an old job.

3. How do I change a job's status?
You may change a job's status by logging into your account, using your e-mail address and password. Click the "Job maintenance" area. Then go into the edit job mode and change the job's status to "inactive." Once you make a job inactive, it will no longer appear on the site, but it will NOT be deleted from the database. That way, you can always come back and make the job active, should you need to fill the position again. You also have the option to delete a job entirely, so that it will no longer appear in your "Job maintenance" area.

4. How do I determine the number of people who have applied for my jobs?
Simply log into your account, using your e-mail address and password. Click into the "Job Maintenance" area. You will see the number of applications each job has received listed next to each position. By clicking on that number, you will be able to access the profiles/résumés of candidates that have applied for that position.

5. How do I contact a candidate once I have received their résumé?
You may contact a candidate using the information in their résumé or in their profile.

6. How do I make changes to my employer profile?
Simply log into your account, using your e-mail address and password. Click into the "Account info" area. You will be able to change your employer profile information there.

7. Where does Nursing Jobs.com advertise?
Nursing Jobs.com has an aggressive marketing communications program. We advertise in the national nursing trade journals, via direct mail, at conferences and trade shows, and on our partner sites NurseZone, RN.com and TravelNursing.com.
