Sign-on and completion bonuses
Our travel partners routinely offer quick-start bonuses for specialty assignments and completion bonuses up to $6,000. Your recruiter can provide you with further details.
Referral bonuses
Earn extra money by referring your friends and colleagues to one of our travel partners. If you work with one of our travel partners, and refer a friend to the same company, you can earn a $500 bonus when your friend completes the required assignment(s). See individual partner sites for details.
Guaranteed pay
You will be paid even if you are called off because of low census. A recruiter can provide you with specific details.
Shift differentials
The majority of our travel partners' assignments offer shift differentials for evening and night shifts, providing an additional $1 to $6 per hour for each hour worked.
401(k) retirement plan
It's never too early to start planning for your retirement. Our travel partners allow you to contribute up to 50 percent of your salary or $15,500, whichever is lower, tax free. Travelers who are 50 or over may contribute up to $20,500.
